I purchased the Battery Tender Junior for the Mini in storage. The tender came with one of these and the battery clamps. I purchased this one for the same tender and the Ford Explorer for the summer storage.

If you have several vehicles just buy some more of these instead of more battery tenders. I have two motorcycles, installed one on each of the bikes and I just switch the tender over every week...
